#24. Garlic

Studies have shown that eating a lot of garlic can reduce your likelihood of developing intestinal cancer and enhance your immune system. Additionally, garlic seems to have anti-cancer properties that can reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and esophagus cancer.

Garlic contains strong antioxidants that can help flush out potentially carcinogenic wastes from the body, thus preventing cancer. Garlic has also been known to destroy the stomach bacteria that cause ulcers. By reducing the risk of stomach ulcers, garlic lowers your chances of having stomach cancer by extension.
